Every identification and verdict carries a confidence score, and low-confidence matches are labeled as such instead of pretending to be certain. Accuracy varies with photo quality, lighting, and how distinctive the item is. FlipIQ AI provides estimates only — prices and profits are not guaranteed, and you should verify the comps it shows you before buying.
2What marketplaces are supported?
Fee and profit estimates cover eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Etsy, Depop, and Grailed. Listing Hub publishes directly to eBay (publish, revise, end) and produces assisted posting packs for OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist, plus export files for Mercari and Poshmark.
3Does FlipIQ AI work offline?
Item identification runs on a local AI model on your iPhone, so it works without a connection. Market Value Lookups need internet access because they pull live sold and active comps from marketplaces.
4How does pricing work?
Local AI identification is free and unlimited on every plan. The free plan includes 3 Market Value Lookups per day and basic history. Pro is $9.99/month and adds monthly lookup credits, cloud verification, the Listing Hub desktop workspace, eBay export and direct publish, and TrendRadar. One-time credit packs (10, 30, or 100 lookups) are available in-app.
5What is a Market Value Lookup?
It is the paid step after free identification: FlipIQ AI pulls live sold and active comps for the item, estimates marketplace fees and shipping, and returns a buy/pass verdict with an expected sell price and a suggested maximum buy price. One lookup equals one buying decision.
6Can I export listings?
Yes. Listing Hub exports an eBay seller CSV, Mercari and Poshmark handoff CSVs, a Facebook Marketplace CSV, and a complete handoff ZIP with photos and manifests. Pro accounts can also publish, revise, and end listings directly on eBay.
7Is FlipIQ AI free?
Yes — identifying items is free and unlimited, and the free plan includes 3 Market Value Lookups per day. FlipIQ AI for iOS is currently in TestFlight beta; Pro and credit packs add more lookups and the desktop workflow when you need them.
