Quick fixes for common snags

A purchase didn't unlock Pro or creditsBilling

Reopen the app and pull to refresh on the account screen to force an entitlement sync, and confirm you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase. Still missing after that? Email us — these sync issues are almost always fixable in minutes without a refund.

A scan misidentified an itemScans

Retake the photo in even light, fill the frame, and use a plain background — identification runs on-device, so the photo is everything. Open the result to refine it. If a specific item keeps coming back wrong, send it our way; misidentification reports are gold during the beta.

A Market Value Lookup returned no compsLookups

Rare or niche items sometimes have too few recent sales to price confidently. Try a broader item title, and make sure you're online — lookups pull live comps and need a connection, unlike local identification.

Can't sign inAccount

Use the same email tied to your purchases, and check spam for the sign-in link. If you're still locked out, email us from that address and we'll get you back in.

Bugs & scan reports

Hit a crash or a misidentified item? Tell us what you scanned and when, and attach a screenshot. During the iOS beta these reports are the most useful thing you can send.

Billing & refunds

Pro and lookup credit packs are bought through Apple, so refunds run through Apple. If a charge looks wrong or a purchase didn't unlock, email us first — entitlement sync issues are usually fixable in minutes and don't need a refund.

Account & data deletion

Delete your account from the app's settings, or email us from your account address and we'll process it. The privacy policy covers exactly what is removed and what we keep for legal or billing reasons.
